Who we are
MHA USA LLC (“MHA,” “we,” “us” or “our”) is a digital marketing and lead generation agency that operates as Marketing HyperGrowth Agency USA and works with businesses across the United States. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information when you:
- visit mhausallc.com (the “Website”);
- fill in a form, request a free review, audit or growth plan, or book a call;
- call, email or text us, or receive text messages from us; or
- become a client and work with us.
If you are a client, your service agreement may include additional privacy terms, which apply alongside this policy. The section called “Information we handle for our clients” explains how we treat information that belongs to our clients’ own customers.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you fill in a form on the Website, request a free review or contact us, we collect what you choose to share. That usually includes:
- your name, email address and phone number;
- your business name, website address, industry and the area you serve;
- the goals you select and anything you write in your message; and
- whether you agreed to receive text messages from us.
When you become a client, we also collect billing contacts and payment records, the brand assets and business details you send us, and the access you grant us to platforms such as Google Ads, Google Business Profile, Meta or your website.
Information from calls, emails and texts. We keep records of our conversations with you, such as call logs, voicemails, emails and text messages, so we can follow up and keep track of your requests.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, ours records technical details when you visit: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, the page that referred you, and the date and time of your visit. Your approximate location, such as your city or region, may be estimated from your IP address. Some of this is collected through cookies, which are explained below.
Information from public sources. To prepare an audit or free review, we look at information that is already public, such as your website, your Google Business Profile, online reviews, business directories and search results.
How we use your information
We use personal information to:
- reply to your questions and requests;
- prepare the free reviews, audits, proposals and growth plans you ask for;
- schedule calls and consultations and send reminders;
- deliver, manage and report on the services you buy from us;
- send service messages, such as project updates, invoices and receipts;
- send our own marketing emails about our services, which you can unsubscribe from at any time;
- understand how the Website is used so we can improve it;
- protect the Website, our clients and our business from spam, fraud and misuse; and
- meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We do not build or sell contact lists, and we never pass your details to our clients, or to anyone else, as a lead.
Text messages (SMS)
This section explains how we handle your mobile number and your consent to receive text messages. It works together with the Text Message Terms in our Terms and Conditions.
When we collect it. We collect your mobile number and your consent to receive texts when you:
- check the text message consent box on a form on our Website;
- send a text to our business number first; or
- give us permission during a call, in writing or when you sign up as a client.
We record your number, the date and time you gave consent, how you gave it, and the messages we exchange.
How we use it. We use your mobile number only to text you about your inquiry, your appointments and the services you receive from us.
We do not share your mobile information. MHA USA LLC does not sell, rent, loan, trade or share your mobile phone number, text message opt-in data or consent with any third parties or affiliates for marketing, promotional or lead generation purposes. Your text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third party. Your mobile number is handled only by the service providers that deliver our texts, such as our phone and messaging provider and the wireless carriers, and only so they can deliver our messages.
Your choices.
- Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE and QUIT work too. We will send one final message to confirm, and then the texts stop.
- Reply HELP for help, or call us at +1 (682) 331-2252.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
We keep records of text message consent and opt-outs for at least four years, as messaging rules require.
How we share information
We share personal information only in the limited ways described here:
- Service providers. Companies that help us run our business, such as website hosting, form and email services, our phone, video and text messaging provider, analytics, review display tools, payment processing, and the customer relationship and project management tools we use. They may use the information only to provide their service to us, and they must keep it secure.
- Platforms you ask us to work in. When you are a client, we work inside your own accounts on platforms such as Google, Meta and your website host, with your permission and for your benefit.
- Legal and safety reasons. When we believe in good faith that the law requires it, or to protect the rights, property or safety of MHA, our clients or others.
- Business changes. If MHA USA LLC is ever merged, acquired or reorganized, information may pass to the new owner, who must continue to honor this policy, including every commitment in the text message section above.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or lead generation.
Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and similar tools to keep the Website working, remember your preferences, see which pages are useful and understand how visitors find us. Some of these tools, such as analytics and web font services, are provided by other companies and receive technical details like your IP address and browser type. They do not receive your name, email address, phone number or text message consent from us.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The Website will still work, although some features may not. Because there is no common industry standard for “Do Not Track” browser signals, the Website does not respond to them.
How long we keep information
We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy:
- inquiries and free review requests are kept for as long as they are useful for following up with you, and then deleted;
- client records, agreements and invoices are kept for as long as tax, accounting and other laws require; and
- text message consent and opt-out records are kept for at least four years.
When we no longer need information, we delete it or remove the details that identify you.
How we protect information
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections, access controls and limited staff access. When you give us access to your accounts, we ask you to add us through the platform’s own user or partner settings instead of sharing passwords, and we remove our access at the end of an engagement if you ask us to.
No website or system is completely secure, so we cannot promise that information will never be accessed without permission. We work to prevent it, and we will notify you if the law requires us to.
Your choices and rights
- Texts: reply STOP to any message from us.
- Emails: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email. We may still send service messages about work you have asked us to do.
- Your information: you can ask what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it or delete it.
Depending on where you live, including states such as California, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas and Virginia, you may also have the right to know what personal information we collect and why, get a copy of it, correct it, delete it, and opt out of its sale or its use for targeted advertising. We do not sell personal information, and we will never treat you differently for using any of these rights.
To make a request, contact us using the details at the end of this policy. We may need to confirm your identity before we act on it. You may also use an authorized agent. If we decline your request, you can ask us to reconsider by replying to our decision.
Information we handle for our clients
When we deliver our services, such as managing ad campaigns, setting up a customer relationship management (CRM) system, sending follow-up texts or review requests, or reporting on leads, we may handle personal information about our clients’ own customers. We do this on our client’s behalf and only under their instructions. Our client decides how that information is used, and their privacy policy applies to it.
We do not use that information for our own purposes, and we do not sell it or pass it to other clients. If you are a customer of one of our clients and want to use your privacy rights, please contact that business directly, and we will help them respond.
Children’s privacy
Our Website and services are meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and our text message program is only for people aged 18 or older. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Links to other websites
Our Website links to other websites and platforms, such as Google, Zoom and social networks. Their privacy practices are their own, and we encourage you to read their policies.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our services or the law change. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we will post a notice on the Website or contact you directly. We will not reduce the protections for your mobile information described in the text message section without your consent.
